Returns/Exchanges
You will have received an email confirmation from Bitten Lip with your order number.
Please email returns@bittenlip.co.uk with the title of the request (Return or Exchange), your order number, date of order, details of item(s) you would like to return/exchange and reason for return/exchange.
You will receive an email confirming the return address. Please ensure you include the order number within the return to ensure correct processing. Failure to provide the order number will cause a delay in the return/exchange being processed and your refund/exchange being received.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return the item(s) to us. If item(s) are not received within the 14-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
If we are unable to fulfil your exchange (for whatever reason), we will notify you of this and issue a refund instead.
Order Cancellations
Your right to cancel an order starts as soon as you have paid for your purchase. If you decide to cancel an order, you will have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
Please email returns@bittenlip.co.uk with the title of the request (Order Cancellation), your order number, date of order, details of item(s) you would like to cancel on your order. You will not be required to provide a reason for the cancellation.
You will receive an email confirming the return address. Please ensure you include the order number within the return to ensure correct processing. Failure to provide the order number will cause a delay in the return being processed and your refund being received.
Once you have notified us of the cancellation, you have another 14 calendar days from the date of the notification to return the item(s) to us.
If items are not received within the 14-day period, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Faulty Items
If an item you have purchased is faulty, please email returns@bittenlip.co.uk with your order number, date of order, a description of fault and picture of the item showing the fault (if applicable).
You will receive an email confirming the return address. Please ensure you include the order number within the return to ensure correct processing. Failure to provide the order number will cause a delay in the return being processed and your refund being received.
For hygiene reasons, faulty items MUST be in a clean condition when returned along with all packaging, leaflets, charging accessories and all other accessories that were sold as part of the item.
PLEASE NOTE: Items will not be accepted if they are in an unclean condition, will not be processed and returned to you at your own cost. In this instance, the postage will need to be paid by you before the item is returned to you. Failure of payment for this will result in the item being destroyed after 30 days and no refund or exchange will be permitted.
Gift Cards
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
ALL items returned to us MUST be in the following condition to be eligible for a refund/exchange:
- Unused and/or unworn
- Security tags/ Labels intact
- Completely sealed and in original packaging
- All leaflets, charging accessories and any other accessories included in the return and unused.
All item(s) returned to us MUST be securely packaged to ensure they are not damaged in transit. It is your responsibility as the customer to ensure that returns arrive back to us in an acceptable condition, failure to do so may result in the return being rejected.
All approved refunds will be issued within 14 working days of return.
We are unable to offer any kind of satisfaction guarantee.
Bitten Lip DO NOT offer a free returns policy. We strongly recommend all returns are sent by tracked mail and a tracking number is provided.
